Iran sweeps table: How will chips be played?

When Congress votes to scuttle President Obama’s one-sided, nuclear-arms deal with the "Death to Israel" Mullahs, be sure to thank those, irrespective of political party, who vote to dump the deal. Write down the names of those who vote for the deal with Iran and/or refuse to vote to override an almost certain presidential veto. Readers can decide who puts principle above political party and who puts political party above principle.

With the help of nuclear North Korea and imported nuclear physicists, Iran has been enriching uranium for decades. Iran has had more than enough time and enough borrowed expertise to create a handful of nuclear warheads. So, be aware there is a good chance that Iran already has enough nuclear warheads and the medium-range missiles to make the land of Israeli uninhabitable for decades to come.

But why destroy the modern infrastructure that the Israelis have built since 1948? From the perspective of the murderous Mullahs, it makes more sense to develop weapons that eliminate the Jewish population but leaves the skyscrapers, the public works, and, above all, the Temple Mount intact and usable for Islamic worship. To do that, the Mullahs need a combination of Thermo-baric fuel-air bombs and an Electro-Magnetic Pulse (EMP) bomb. Fuel-air bombs kill using a combination of severe overpressure followed by severe under pressure that ruptures the lungs. An EMP bomb destroys the transistors inside electronic equipment and devices.

The so-called nuclear-arms deal with Iran is, in fact, a trade deal that eliminates the trade sanctions imposed for decades against Iran and frees up over $150 billion in Iranian assets that can be used by the Mullahs to develop Thermo-baric and EMP weapons and to fund the terrorist activities of Hamas and Hezbollah.

Meanwhile, the signatories to the trade deal with Iran see an enormous underserved consumer-goods market in Iran and they are willing to trade the security of Israeli and the Sunni States of the Middle East for a chance to make billions selling goods and services to the people of Shia Iran. At the behest of President Obama, the United Nations, a collection of dictatorships that despise the Israeli democracy, has already endorsed the so-called nuke deal with Iran.

With depressed oil prices creating a need for cash, Vladimir Putin just sold the Mullahs Russia’s sophisticated S-300 air-defense system, making a preemptive strike on Iran’s Nuclear/Thermo-baric/EMP weapons more difficult, if not impossible. As a result, the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) may have to act sooner, rather than later.

The trade deal with Iran places Israel in a very tenuous situation. Ergo: the Mullahs could opt to take the long view and just let the Israeli economy die on the vine due to the investment world’s lack of confidence in the long-term future of an Israel living under the threat of Nuclear/Thermo-baric/EMP attack. And, despite recent signs of an improving birth rate among ethnic Jews, the Arab population of Israeli will eventually outnumber the Jews, resulting in an Arab majority in the Israeli parliament, the Knesset. Thus, the long view achieves Iran’s often repeated desire to destroy Israel without giving what remains of Judeo-Christian civilization a casus belli to destroy Iran’s Nuclear/Thermo-baric/EMP arsenal.
