Some bad actors shouild be removed

As of this writing, the polls say President Trump will be re-elected on Election Day; however, the Blue States will likely keep counting until they get the results they want. Nevertheless, here is some unsolicited advice on foreign affairs: There are several bad actors who should be taken off the world’s geopolitical chessboard. Not assassinated, merely deposed, no violence needed.

The citizens being ruled by Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping, the Iranian Mullahs, President Erdogan in Turkey, Bashar al-Assad n Syria, and Kim Jong Un in North Korea should be encouraged to rise up and depose these bad actors

For example: Armed with the truth about Putin’s personal corruption and wrong-headed military decisions, the U.S. has the Information War resources to cause the Ethnic Russians to depose Putin and his KGB alumni and take Russia in a more peaceful direction. A Jeffersonian Democracy is not necessary. Merely a Russia that does not invade its neighbors.

Putin meddles in U.S. elections, not to elect a particular Democrat or Republican candidate, but to cause Americans to question the integrity of their electoral processes. In that, Putin has been successful. Thus, it is only fair that the U.S. cause the Russian people to question how they are being governed

One need not be a Sigmund Freud to understand that the fall of the USSR broke the power-mad heart of Vladimir Putin who acts based on his emotions rather than logic.

A good assumption is that Putin wishes that Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher, Pope John II, and Mikhail Gorbachev were never born. Instead of peace, Putin has chosen war against the western democracies and, surprisingly, Putin may be the easiest tyrant to turn out of power.

Russia’s greatest asset is its oil and gas industry. The U.S. with its enormous ability to frack for oil and natural gas can depress the world price of oil and natural gas so low that Russia’s costly, inefficient oil and gas industry cannot compete. In addition, Russia which, to survive, must export oil and gas mostly by sea does not have sufficient naval forces to keep open Russia’s often frozen limited access to world-wide maritime trade. NATO’s Baltic Sea members can shut off Russia’s access to the Atlantic Ocean. Ukrainian drones already sank Putin’s Black Sea fleet. Japan can do the same with ships in Russia’s Siberian port. Moreover, Russia is depopulating to the point that Russia will never recover its Cold War military strength.

Still, Putin has enormous cyber warfare assets he uses via the Internet, social media, bots, and deep fakes to defame the U.S. Especially, to the Third World. But, armed with the truth, our NSA, CIA, and other cyber warfare assets can overcome Putin’s lies and deceits.

None of the bad actors will be easy to depose; however, Putin ranks as the easiest with Xi Jing Ping probably next in line and who will be the subject of a future "Central View," Of course, if President Trump is not re-elected, the other side will opt for the status quo and we are likely to see more forever shooting wars and the loss of more young Americans.
